TEAM REPORTS (SONOMA) - AGR PRACTICE DRIVER COMMENTS
Danica Patrick, #7 Motorola Dallara/Honda/Firestone "We weren't very happy with the way the weekend started off, but the second session helped some. We made a change and that seemed to help us out overall, so now I think we've got something to work with. We have a direction to go in with the Motorola car."
Tony Kanaan, #11 Team 7-Eleven Dallara/Honda/Firestone "The Team 7-Eleven car was just okay today. We need to find a bit more speed but I think we're going to get there. Our goal is no different than it was at Michigan or Kentucky. We want to put the Team 7-Eleven car on the pole and win the race and hopefully get closer in the championship."
Marco Andretti, #26 NYSE Dallara/Honda/Firestone
"I'm not real happy with the NYSE car just yet. We definitely made progress throughout the day and we're getting closer. The good thing is that we know what we need to have a fast car here so we'll keep working tomorrow and hopefully challenge for the pole."
Dario Franchitti, #27 Canadian Club Dallara/Honda/Firestone "The Canadian Club car was pretty good today. There is so little difference here between the top five drivers. If we can get the car right and do our job a little better it can make all the difference for us this weekend."
Jaime Camara, #11 oso*fresh Dallara/Firestone "I am kind of frustrated because I think we could have done better. The oso*fresh car was pretty good. We are just missing on a couple of things. I wish we could have changed a couple of things before qualifying because I think we could have gained half-of-a-second. Now we need to get the car ready for the race. We need to have a good race and gain some positions to start better in the second race on Sunday."
