Chronic Car Audio Inc. Announces Acquisition in Las Vegas

MESA, Ariz., Aug. 21, 2007 -- Chronic Car Audio, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CCAU) of Mesa, Arizona, acquires the West Sahara Las Vegas location of Auto Sound. This acquisition will facilitate better customer service and allow for more rapid growth in Nevada. This gives Chronic Car Audio Inc. two stores in Las Vegas and six in Arizona for a total of eight stores. Revenues are on target to reach $9 million in 2007.

Chronic Car Audio, Inc. (Pink Sheets: CCAU) is a Nevada Corp. incorporated in July 2003 and founded by its CEO Bren Blanchette. The Company is in the retail and install business of car audio, car alarm, and mobile video entertainment.
