Japanese Automakers' Overseas Production Statistics
First Quarter 2007 and Yearly Cumulative Fiscal 2006

Overseas production by Japanese automakers during the first 
quarter of calendar year 2007 finished at 2,908,346 units, 
buoyed by the global trend towards local manufacture.  
The cumulative total for fiscal year 2006 (April 2006 
through March 2007) was tracked at 11,158,578 units.
