Inforum 2007 Showcases Solutions Designed to Drive Efficiencies and
Profitability

ATLANTA - July 31, 2007 - Infor today announced it will showcase nearly 20
educational sessions that explore the critical challenges facing today's
automotive manufacturers and suppliers at the company's global annual user
conference, Inforum 2007, being held September 9-12 at Las Vegas' Sands Expo
and Convention Center. Infor experts, partners and automotive customers
including Meridian Automotive Systems and AVL, among others, will present
their best practices, case studies, and tips and techniques for simplifying
business processes with Infor's business-specific solutions for the
automotive industry.

In a special session, Wolfram Schmid, Infor's director of
industry and product marketing for Automotive, will present "Trends,
Challenges, and Solutions for Success in the Global Automotive Industry" on
Wednesday, September 12, 2007. The session will examine how companies can
utilize Infor's industry-leading automotive solutions to yield significant
business performance improvements, which efficiently and cost-effectively
meet regulatory compliance requirements, as well as customer and supplier
demands.

"The automotive industry is experiencing an unprecedented transformation as
challenges from globalization, coupled with overcapacity, add new dimensions
to an already volatile marketplace," said Kevin Piotrowski, Infor's director
of industry and product marketing. "Inforum provides automotive
organizations practical advice they can begin using immediately to navigate
this ever-changing landscape and ensure their success in the global market."

Other topics explored at Inforum include "Strategic Market
Driven Investments," "Value Stream Mapping," "Product Roadmaps," "Maximizing
Your IT Investment," and a Q & A session where attendees will interact with
Infor executives to discuss solutions for their most critical business
issues. Several automotive manufacturers will present on topics including
"Achieving Automotive Excellence," "Strategic Implementation Planning,"
"Integrating Time and Attendance," and "Attaining Excellence as a 3PL."

Inforum 2007 offers networking opportunities such as
ConnectAtInforum.com, a business matchmaking tool to help customers connect
with like-minded peers prior to and during the conference, and Enterprising
Square, a dedicated space organized into Infor solution communities to
encourage idea sharing between Inforum activities.

Beginning in August, attendees can create a conference agenda using a new
tool, U-Builder, on Inforum2007.com. U-Builder enables attendees to
customize their schedule based on personal interests, allowing them to plan
and organize all of their conference activities and manage conflicts.

Inforum 2007 is expected to attract customers and partners from
around the world who come to learn about new business opportunities,
collaborate on Infor's business-specific solutions, and get the latest story
on the product roadmaps for their solutions. Infor Automotive sessions are
part of hundreds of educational sessions on topics such as best practices,
tips and techniques, product seminars, business strategy, and industry
trends. For more information on the conference, please visit
