LeadTime Technology Strengthens Board of Directors With Appointment of Industry Veteran Rich Sherman

Sherman has joined its board of directors. Sherman is an internationally recognized writer, researcher and speaker in the supply chain management industry. He currently serves as president of Austin, Texas based Gold & Domas Research, a visioneering company, assisting clients worldwide to implement game changing strategies to compete in a "Flat World."

Sherman is known for his leading-edge thinking and development of new technology concepts, marketing and change management for clients, and industry transformation initiatives including the team that developed the Supply-Chain Council's SCOR model and the VICS guidelines for Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment (CPFR) among others.

Sherman has served on the North American Leadership Team and SCORBoard of Directors for the Supply-Chain Council. He also serves on the National Advisory Board to the Center for Logistics Management at the University of Nevada-Reno, and is a member of the Council Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP).

Throughout his career, Mr. Sherman has held senior management positions with visionary technology firms such as EXE Technologies, Syncra Systems, and Numetrix, Ltd., industry research firm AMR Research, and market leading corporations such as Microsoft Corporation, Information Resources, Inc., Mercer Management Consulting, Digital Equipment Corporation and Unisys Corporation serving clients in retail, distribution, manufacturing, and logistics services (warehousing & transportation).

An alumnus of the University of Notre Dame for both undergraduate and graduate degrees, Mr. Sherman has attended management development programs at Michigan State University, Miami University and the University of Tennessee.
