R. L. Polk & Co. and ROADTODATA Merge to Offer Global Price & Specifications Products

Majority Stake Boosts Global Price and Specifications Product Offering

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. and LONDON, July 30, 2007 -- Representatives from ROADTODATA and R. L. Polk & Co. today announced that they have reached an agreement for Polk to acquire a majority interest in ROADTODATA, a rapidly growing supplier of automotive price and specifications data. The announcement was jointly made by Stephen Polk, chairman, president and CEO of R. L. Polk & Co, and John Grant, CEO and managing director, ROADTODATA.

The venture, to be named Polk ROADTODATA, will provide price and specifications data as well as sales volume information on a global basis. Polk ROADTODATA customers will ultimately have access to a centralized source for reliable data as well as easy-to-access vehicle comparison and data tools.
