CORR (NEWPORT BEACH) - CHECK FOR CORR TELECAST SCHEDULE
CORR fans clear your schedules, grab your MONSTER, ROCKSTAR, or RED Bull energy drink, find your place in front of your TV and get ready for Championship Off Road Racing from Chula Vista International Off Road Raceway on NBC this Sunday from 3-4 p.m. EST/12-1 p.m. PST.
Join host Ken Stout, color commentator Larry Roseler, and pit reporters Kelli Stavast and Marty Snider as they bring you the excitement of CORR racing from Chula Vista International Off Road Racing. The hour long show on NBC Sports will feature the Jason Baldwin Memorial Cup Series, which includes the Pro 2 and Pro 4 classes.
Nestled in a rock quarry the new Chula Vista International Off Road Raceway provided a stunning view and one of the most challenging courses CORR has seen. Turn one featured a 45 degree banking and 117 feet level change not to be out done by turn three which had a 40 degree banking and a 300 degree level change which concluded with a 100 foot drop.
A sold out crowd was in attendance to witness the intense fender-to fender action of CORR all weekend long and defending Pro 2 Champ Carl Renezeder celebrated his 52nd CORR win.
Championship Off Road Racing and NBC are also pleased to announce that an additional 90 mins. of programming has been added to the 2007 CORR broadcast schedule. The final three races of the season will now be 90 mins. each verses the 60 min scheduled broadcast. Check www.corracing.com for the full TV schedule.
The dirt will fly again when the action packed ride of CORR returns on September 15th and 16th at the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds in Lancaster, CA. Tickets can be purchased online starting August 13th or onsite two weeks prior to the event date.
