Auto Meter Products, Inc. Acquires Dedenbear Products

SYCAMORE, Ill.--Auto Meter Products, Inc., a Harbour Group company, completed the acquisition of Dedenbear Products, Inc., Jeff King, President of Auto Meter, announced. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Dedenbear, headquartered in Pleasant Hill, Calif., is a leader in the design and manufacture of highly-engineered electronic and mechanical products for competitive drag racers. The company’s primary product lines include Dedenbear-branded delay boxes, starting line controllers, and throttle stops. Delay boxes and starting line controllers help sportsmen drag racers and bracket racers improve the timing and consistency of their launch process. Throttle stops allow drivers to precisely manage throttle position and speed throughout the race. Launch timing and accurate throttle response are key aspects to overall success in drag racing.
