BioQuest Technologies Announces Partnership with Indusco Ltd. To Produce and Sell Over 200 Cleaners and Degreasers
JUPITER, Fla.--BioQuest Technologies, Inc., (Pink Sheets:BQTG), a leading developer of innovative, environmentally safe antimicrobial products, today announced it has partnered with Indusco Ltd., a manufacturer of over 350 different specialty chemical and cleaning products, to produce and market over 200 cleaners and degreasers. The products will be targeted to the home and business cleaning supply industry as well as the Auto Care industry among others.
BioShield 75, introduced two years ago, has been utilized in the medical, hospitality, health club, and athletics industries because of its proven effectiveness and durability. Once applied, BioShield 75’s invisible microbiostatic coating becomes part of the filter fiber, polymerizing and standing up like spikes – 1,000 spikes of protection per the width of a hair – minimally to reduce and even eliminate microbials. ProShield, the concentrated version, provides antimicrobial protection to textiles such as jerseys, socks, towels for up to 50 washes without a decrease in effectiveness with just one application.
“The partnership with Indusco is significant. It is great to team up with a top notch chemical manufacturer who gives us an unbeatable line of cleaners and degreasers for almost any industry,” said Arne Rotne II, CEO of BioQuest Technologies, Inc. “Indusco also benefits from our reputation and standard we have set for selling and marketing our technologies together such as BioShield 75 and ProShield 5000. We certainly feel this is a synergistic partnership which should reap tremendous rewards for both parties.”
Rotne said the company has already initiated a marketing plan on a number of the products involved in the joint venture with Indusco Ltd. and believes many industries such as the sports, food, health care, construction, travel and entertainment, real estate, and marine would be ideal markets for many of the products.
