GRAND AM (DAYTONA) - Grand-Am Rolex Series Champions Banquet Registration Open...
The 2007 Champions Banquet for the Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series presented by Crown Royal Special Reserve is headed for the bright lights of Las Vegas for the second straight year, with the season-ending event scheduled for Monday, September 17 at The Venetian Resort-Hotel-Casino in the heart of the Vegas Strip. Last year’s Rolex Champions Banquet drew nearly 500 guests to Las Vegas to celebrate the top drivers, teams and manufacturers in the Daytona Prototype and GT classes.
This year's celebration takes place two days after the Rolex Series season-ending SunChaser 1000 at Miller Motorsports Park in Tooele, Utah on Saturday, September 15. The Monday evening event begins with a reception at 6 p.m. followed by a sit-down dinner at 7 p.m. SPEED television personalities Leigh Diffey and Brian Till, who have individually hosted the Rolex Championships Banquet in past seasons, share the podium this year as co-hosts.
The 2007 Rolex Series Champions Banquet is open to teams, sponsors, manufacturers and fans of the Rolex Sports Car Series. Tickets for the Rolex Champions Banquet are available for $150 per individual and tables of 10 may be ordered for groups wishing to sit together. The banquet reservation form and additional information is available at www.grand-am.com, and must be completed by Friday, September 10. No refunds or cancellations will be given after this date.
