Three International Seminars for Fall 2007 to Help Auto-Supplier Execs Succeed in the India and China Automotive Markets
TROY, MI - July 18, 2007: GlobalAutoIndustry.com announced it will hold three seminars on doing business internationally.
The first Fall '07 event, “China and India: Decreasing Costs Across Global Operations,” will take place on September 27 at the MSU Management Education Center in Troy, Michigan. The Seminar will feature the industry’s leading experts on China and India.
During lunch, attendees will see special GlobalAutoTV interviews with the VP Asia Pacific of TRW, and the former Assistant General Counsel of Ford on "Lessons Learned: Seeking Success in China and India".
“The Chinese and Indian automotive markets are becoming critical to an auto supplier’s global footprint,” states Ron Hesse, president of GlobalAutoIndustry.com, adding, “However, doing business in emerging markets such as China and India requires a true understanding of the negotiation process, business culture, communications issues, laws, human capital, market scope, and more. Everyday, we receive numerous calls and emails from automotive suppliers worldwide requesting assistance with various China and India challenges. These ‘must attend’ networking Seminars will address these needs and provide real-world solutions.”
A powerful lineup of speakers will address critical issues for auto suppliers venturing into China and India, two of the world's hottest automotive markets for the next 20 years. Industry experts will discuss China and India automotive industry forecasts, business and legal structures, joint ventures and strategic alliances, intellectual property protection, component sourcing and purchasing, banking and financing issues, labor and human resource challenges, and more.
The Seminar will share valuable insight and research on (1) setting up operations in and succeeding in China’s and India's booming automotive industries, and (2) sourcing components and parts from China and India.
The full-day Seminars will be held at the MSU Management Education Center in Troy, Michigan. Cost to attend is $595 per person and includes a free copy of the new “2007: Doing Business Globally” CD.
In addition, GlobalAutoIndustry.com will also host two other events on the China and India automotive markets this year:
