SCCA ProSolo Finale Registration Dates and Times Announced

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

TOPEKA, Kan. (July 17, 2007) - The Sports Car Club of America has
announced registration details for the 2007 Tire Rack(r) SCCA ProSolo
Finale.

Registration for the 2007 ProSolo Finale will open at 10 a.m. (CDT) on
Wednesday, August 1, for any of the 115 pre-qualified competitors listed
on the ProSolo Finale event page at www.scca.com <http://www.scca.com/>
. The list is based on finishing position in the 2006 ProSolo Finale and
point standings. Registration will then close at noon on Monday, August
6.

The next wave of registration reopens on Tuesday, August 28, for any of
the pre-qualified competitors that did not take advantage of the first
opportunity and those competitors who have participated in at least two
2007 ProSolo events and have thus qualified for the ProSolo Finale. The
second round of registration will close Wednesday, September 5.

On the final day of registration, the SCCA Solo Department will
determine whether single-event participants will be allowed to enter the
ProSolo Finale. In previous years, these competitors were allowed to
enter in a special index class.

Entry for this year's ProSolo Finale is $115. In addition to online
registration at www.scca.com <http://www.scca.com/> , Soloists can
register by printing out the entry form and faxing it to the SCCA
national office at (785) 232-7215. Registration may also be done over
the phone, for an additional $50, by calling 1-800-770-2055. The entry
cap for the event is set at 250.

The 2007 ProSolo Finale will take place September 21-22 at Heartland
Park Topeka in Kansas. Without a point system this season, the event
will be winner takes all. Champions will be crowned at a banquet on
Sunday, September 23.
