Venture Development Group managed all aspects of the development of the
facility, including: negotiations between Venture, the airport, and the
rental car companies; financing; design and construction; facility
start-up and long term management. The consolidated rental car center,
located at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, is scheduled
to open July 18, 2007.
