Modine to Webcast 2007 Annual Meeting of Shareholders

RACINE, Wis.--Modine Manufacturing Company , a diversified world leader in developing thermal management technology and solutions, announced today that it will provide a Webcast of its 2007 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday, July 18 at 9:00 a.m. Central Time (10:00 a.m. Eastern Time).

In addition to shareholder consideration of three management proposals during the business portion, the annual meeting will include a slide presentation from Dave Rayburn, Modine President and Chief Executive Officer.

The Annual Meeting Webcast, including the slide presentation, will be available on the Investor Relations section of Modine's Web site at www.modine.com. Participants are encouraged to log on to the Webcast about 10 minutes prior to the start of the annual meeting.
