INDIANA SPRINT WEEK CASH BONUSES TOTALING $14,100
FROM BDP, PRO SOURCE, K & N & AFFORDABLE AWARDS
Over $14,000 in bonus prizes and awards have been posted for participants in the 2007 Lucas Oil Indiana Sprint Week, including a $10,000 cash point fund to be distributed among the top five drivers and car entrants in the final ISW standings.
BDP International, the Official Supply Chain Logistics Provider for USAC, will award point fund bonuses in the amounts of $2,500 (Champion), $1,000 (runner-up), $750 (third place), $500 (fourth place) and $250 (fifth place) to the top drivers and car entrants.
Buck & Betty Rice of Pro Source Consultants in Grand Saline, Tex. are awarding a total of $3,300. Each fast qualifier will earn $100, while the slowest qualifier who earns a feature starting spot through heats or semis each night will receive $250 "Hard Luck Awards." In addition, a $500 bonus at the end of ISW awaits the lowest point earner who "earned" his way into all of the feature events. Established in 1984, Pro Source is a professional solutions firm that provides contract personnel, consulting services and software to support the functions of computer-aided design (CAD) and drafting.
K & N Engineering also has posted a $100 cash award for the winning car entrant at each of the eight races.
Gene Bedwell of Affordable Awards in Terre Haute, Ind. is supplying distinctive State of Indiana plaques for the top three drivers and car entrants in the final ISW standings.
Each night, the top three drivers will also receive distinctive Olympic-style gold, silver and bronze medals to wear for the post-race photos.
Lucas Oil Indiana Sprint Week opens Wednesday at Lawrenceburg Speedway and continues Thursday at Lawrenceburg, Friday and Saturday at Gas City and Sunday at Kokomo. The final three events are July 19-20-21 at Boswell, Bloomington and Haubstadt respectively.
