HANKOOK TIRE TO DEBUT FIRST DRIFTING PORSCHE IN NORTH AMERICA AT
EVERGREEN SPEEDWAY ON JULY 12

 

WHAT:           Hankook Tire America will debut North America's first
ever purpose-built DRIFTING PORSCHE, a 993 GT-2 Turbo, at the fourth
round of the Formula Drift Pro Championship at the Evergreen Speedway in
Monroe, WA.  This specially modified 600-hp Porsche has been creating
huge amounts of buzz among modified/drifting fans and auto purists
alike, months in advance of its debut.  

 

Adding to the excitement, Hankook Tire will be showing its new Mobile
Marketing Rig. The fully assembled rig at 30' wide and 80' long is a
traveling show space coming valued at over $1 million. The rig is
designed as a place for fans to receive autographs from Hankook drivers,
get free Hankook Tire paraphenelia, and features multimedia kiosks where
they can have "VIP" Hankook credentials and their own "hero" cards made
while they wait.
