Methode Electronics Board Approves Dividend

CHICAGO--Methode Electronics, Inc. , announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share to be paid on July 27, 2007 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on July 13, 2007.
