Netlink Software Group Announces Acquisition of VinPlus LLC

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., June 5 -- Netlink Software Group, the automotive IT practice leader, today announced the acquisition of VinPlus LLC, in a major expansion of IT service capabilities for the North American automotive market.

VinPlus's data services extracts transactional and historical data from proprietary Dealer Management Systems (DMS) and delivers it to its end-users in the most secure, cost- effective manner in the industry. VinPlus's best-in-class software enables its clients to take raw transactional and historical data and integrate it into business applications such as fulfillment programs, CRM, pre-owned vehicle merchandising and data archiving.
