CORR (NEWPORT) - DIRT video game featuring CORR hits stores on June 19th

On June 19th gamers will be able to feel the excitement of racing CORR first hand. Codemasters, the company that brought gamers Colin McRae Rally and TOCA Race Drive will release their new video game “DIRT” featuring several forms of racing from around the world.

“We’re really excited about the inclusion of the CORR series, as it’s all about head-to-head full on racing,” said Alex Grimbley, Codemasters Producer. “With our new physics systems and realistic environments it will mean that CORR feels different to normal rally or rally cross. Each one of the series we have in the game will be as exciting as the next in its own unique way.”

In each round, ten drivers compete head-to-head in a fierce off-road race. Super Buggies and Pro 4 Trucks, race on tracks packed full of tabletop jumps, drop-offs and moguls making for a thrilling mix of racing action. This game will test players’ driving skills and push them to the limit.

The game will be available on June 19th through Xbox 360 and will eventually be available on PLAYSTATION3 computer entertainment system following the June 19th release date. The Xbox 360 version from Xbox LIVEŽ Marketplace, and the PC version of the demo, complete with a multiplayer event are available from www.codemasters.com/dirt.
