Edgewater Assists Automobile Insurers Bureau of Massachusetts with Mainframe Migration to Web-Based Application

WAKEFIELD, Mass.--Edgewater Technology, Inc. (NASDAQ: EDGW, or “Edgewater”), an innovative technology management consulting firm, today announced it has been selected by Automobile Insurers Bureau of Massachusetts (“AIB”) to assist in the migration of AIB’s existing mainframe systems to a web-based application.

AIB is a private, nonprofit organization representing insurance companies in the setting of automobile insurance rates, rules and forms in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. It has engaged Edgewater to provide expertise in technical architecture design, project management and business analysis to support the migration of two mainframe systems to a web-based application running on a server-based platform. Edgewater will be working closely with AIB’s project team on the development of the new environment while assisting with the training for the new environment. Edgewater will also establish hardware and software requirements.
