Les Schwab Memorial May 31, 2007

REDMOND, Ore.--A public memorial service was held today for Les Schwab at the Hooker Creek Expo Center in Redmond, Oregon. The service lasted approximately 60 minutes and an estimated 4,500 people attended the memorial. Schwab built Les Schwab Tire Centers into one of Oregon’s best-known businesses. He passed away on May 18, 2007.

Dick Borgman, CEO of Les Schwab Tire Centers, delivered memorial remarks. Phil Wick, Chairman of the Board, also delivered remarks.
