General Motors Corp. will hold its annual meeting of stockholders at 9:00 a.m. EDT on Tuesday June 5, 2007 at the Hotel du Pont in Wilmington, Del.

The meeting will include a report on the state of the business by GM Chairman and CEO Rick Wagoner, the election of directors, voting on other GM and stockholder proposals and related discussion.
