Scott Taylor Heads to Chula Vista

Belvidere, IL (May 29, 2007) –With the postponement of Rounds 3 and 4 of Lucas Oil World Series of Off-Road Racing, Scott Taylor and his #8 Skyjacker Suspension BFGoodrich Tires Ford F-150 will be competing at the Championship Off-Road Racing event in Chula Vista, California.

“I have a commitment to our sponsors to compete at national events,” commented Scott Taylor. “Since the Lake Odessa event has been postponed, going out to Chula Vista fits perfect into our schedule.”

Taylor Racing has just come off of back-to-back wins at the WSORR season opener in Owatonna, Minnesota.

The six-time CORR PRO-2 champion is looking forward to competing against some of his longtime rivals, like Carl Renezeder and Ricky Johnson. Taylor Racing will head to Southern California a few days ahead of the race, so Scott Taylor and his Chief Engineer and Designer, Russ Wernimont, can fine tune the truck’s chassis while testing at the new constructed Chula Vista Raceway.

While competing on the West Coast, Skyjacker truck will be competing on Walker Evans Racing’s latest solid cast aluminum bead locked wheels. For more information visit: www.walkerevansracing.com
