Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. Appoints New Independent Director

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla.--Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. (OTCBB:MDOR) ("Company") (website: www.magnumresources.net) today announced that it appointed Mr. Richard F. McMullen to the Company's board of directors (the "Board")at a meeting of the Board held on May 21, 2007.

"We are very pleased to be adding someone of Mr. McMullen's stature and experience to the Magnum DOr Resources, Inc. board," said CEO Chad Curtis. "Mr. McMullens depth of legal and transaction experience will be invaluable to our company."

Richard F. McMullen

Richard F. McMullen was born on December 22, 1944 in Dallas, Texas. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree with majors in Chemistry and Math from Baylor University, Waco, Texas in 1967. Richard served as a Pilot in the United States Navy from 1967 through 1973. After receiving a Juris Doctor degree from Baylor University, Waco, Texas in 1975, he has been active continually in the private practice of law in and around Dallas County, Texas.

Magnum D'Or Resources, Inc. is proceeding towards building the company into a Global Waste Management and Tire Recycling leader.
