World News: Telematics Update announces winners of the 2007 International Telematics Awards

NOVI MI May 23, 2007; Telematics Update revealed the winners of the fifth annual Telematics Awards at an exclusive gala dinner in Novi, Michigan.

The awards dinner was the climax of an exciting first day at the world's largest telematics conference - Telematics Detroit 2007.

The International Telematics Awards are organised by Telematics Update and entry is free for any company in the telematics industry.The entries are judged by a selection of independent consultants and industry experts. In April the shortlist of the top five companies in each category was announced, and those finalists reflected the state of the telematics industry today - large global companies competing head to head with relatively unknown start ups on an even footing.

Global Car Manufacturer Technology Deployment Award: BMW of North America
