Air Temp North America Announces Plan to Consolidate Its Mexican Manufacturing

MIAMI--Air Temp North America, Inc. (the Company), (Pink Sheets:ATPN), the holding company for Air Temp de México, S.A. de C.V., announced that it will consolidate its manufacturing facilities in Mexico into a single production plant. The current production operations are located in Mérida, Yucatán and employ approximately 165 employees. These operations will be relocated to a new facility in nearby Umán, Yucatán. This phased move of manufacturing operations is scheduled to begin in June 2007. It is anticipated that it will be completed by August 2007. This manufacturing facility consolidation is part of a corporate business plan designed to reduce certain expenses to increase the Companys profitability. Management believes that the consolidation of manufacturing facilities will improve the economies of scale for manufacturing and thereby position the Company for further growth.
