Transnational Automotive Group Expands Landmark Yaoundé, Cameroon, ''LeBus'' Urban Bus Operation on Plan and on Schedule

LOS ANGELES--Transnational Automotive Group, Inc. (TAUG) (OTCBB:TAMG), a global leader in transportation services and sustainable energy development, today announced the deployment of 30 new buses serving three new routes in the capital city of Yaoundé, Cameroon. This deployment represents an important milestone in the cooperative effort between TAUG, the Cameroonian government and other entities to provide safe, modern, affordable mobility to a developing population that has been without basic transportation for several decades.

This is more than just a bus project. Major private investment funds, U.S. Government investment agencies and regional African countries are watching this program, said Dr. Ralph Thomson, TAUG chairman and CEO. Through this unique approach, millions of people in all of Cameroons major cities will have affordable transportation once the various phases of the project are completed providing a major boost to the countrys development and economy.

Cameroonian government officials anticipate significant economic impact from the project in mobilizing the workforce in a country that has historically experienced significant unemployment. Through a cooperative partnership with the government, TAUG and LeBus will own, provide and manage bus services throughout Cameroons urban centers, beginning in the capital city of Yaoundé. A privately-held TAUG company, LeCar, will provide inter-city coach bus transportation.

With this deployment we are operationally and otherwise on plan and on schedule to reach our goal of 100-percent vehicle deployment and bus line capacity in Yaoundé by late 2007, said Bokwe Mofor, director general for LeBus. The next 30 buses are currently on order and due to be shipped in the next 60 days, as final agreements with the government of Cameroon enter into force.

TAUG estimates that its entire Cameroon city bus project will utilize 750-800 buses, which will be integrated steadily over the next year until its operations reach full capacity country-wide.

Following a blue convoy (the companys and buses distinctive color is sky blue) from the Douala port of landing to Yaoundé, the buses and new routes were provided a champagne christening by Cameroon Government Delegate Gilbert Tsimi Evouna, Dr. Thomson and Director General Mofor.
