IAnet Selects CCC Autoverse(R) Service Network

IAnet Integrates With CCC Autoverse Service Network to Help Reduce Cycle Time and Enhance Vendor Communication

CHICAGO, May 14 -- CCC Information Services Inc. announced today its CCC Autoverse(R) Service Network has been selected by IAnet, Inc., a Scottsdale, AZ based outsourcing management company that handles all types of claims and services in the United States and Canada with more than 3000 qualified independent appraisers and adjusters. CCC is a leader in providing information technology to the auto-claims industry.

With CCC Autoverse Service Network, a framework of electronic interfaces is established between CCC and IAnet, enabling IAnet's appraisal network to receive insurance partner assignments, and return estimates, documentation, images, data and invoices without leaving its management system. Today, claim file administrators manually match claim information and manage the flow of information between appraisers and insurance partners using multiple systems. According to John Donley, President and CEO of IAnet, this labor-intensive process slows cycle time and creates opportunities for human error.

"By integrating our claims management system with CCC Autoverse Service Network, we will be able to better manage and measure cycle time and improve communications with our insurance partners," added Donley. "We anticipate saving seven to 10 minutes from our cycle time per file, which will add up when you consider we handle thousands of claims each month. We also plan to reallocate that time to customer service initiatives, creating an even better experience for our insurance partners."

CCC Autoverse Service Network was developed specifically for independent appraisers to help reduce the number of applications needed to efficiently exchange information with insurers. With CCC's more than 350 insurance company clients, companies using CCC Autoverse Service Network may more directly communicate with a large network of carriers.

"Independent appraisers and third party administrators often have a difficult time coordinating the disparate activities required to complete an auto claim," said Michael Croxton, senior vice president, Marketing and Product Management CCC. "We're excited that IAnet has selected CCC Autoverse Service Network to streamline its auto claims process and help improve efficiencies."
