Compli Appoints Richard Potter as Senior V.P. of Sales and Marketing and Jamie Apt as Head of Sales in Southwestern U.S.

PORTLAND, Ore.--Compli®, the nations leading provider of compliance management systems for auto dealerships, has appointed executive Richard Potter to its management team as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing and named Jamie Apt Sales Manager for its Southwestern region.

Dick joins Compli with a wealth of executive experience in sales and marketing, and tremendous vision for the company as we continue to grow to meet the needs of automobile dealerships across the nation, said Ken Thrasher, Chairman and CEO of Compli. About Richard Potter

Richard Potter brings to Compli more than 25 years of executive experience in the professional services, logistics, high-tech, and manufacturing industries. Before joining Compli, Potter was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Joseph C. Sansone Company, a consultancy providing business and tax services. Potter was responsible for the leadership and direction of the companys national sales and marketing organization. Prior to that, he held senior management positions with Deloitte Consulting, Ryder Integrated Logistics, and the Eastman Kodak Company.

Potter earned a M.B.A. from Northwestern University, J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Chicago, Ill., graduated with a B.A. from University of San Francisco in San Francisco, Calif., and studied at Loyola University in Rome, Italy.

About Jamie Apt

Jamie Apt joins Compli from Microvision where he was the Enterprise Sales Manager for the worlds first wearable computer. Previously, he was the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Dynatron Software, which provided business intelligence software to U.S. auto dealerships and dealer groups. Before that, he implemented universal compliance F&I solutions nationally for Reynolds & Reynolds, managed for a leading Dallas dealership, and was Metropolitan District Manager for General Motors in California and Texas.

Apt has been a member of the Association of Finance and Insurance Professionals, Consumer Bankers Association, National Auto Finance Association, National Vehicle Leasing Association, and the National Automobile Dealers Association. Apt graduated with a B.A., Magna cum Laude, from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Mich.
