GreenParts International, Inc. Announces New Independent Board Member as Part of Corporate Expansions

ATLANTA--GreenParts International, Inc. (GNPT.PK) announced today the appointment of Atlanta native Jeffares Ellington to the Company’s Board of Directors.

Asif Balagam, President and founder of the Company pointed to the continued growth of Green Parts as the basis to appoint Mr. Ellington to the Board of Directors. Mr. Balagam stated that the recently announced 100% increase in revenue and profit margin during 1Q07 was a team effort reflective of the Company’s dynamic corporate strategy of rapid inventory turnover.

Mr Balagam stated "I believe it is crucial that an emerging company like Green Parts fill key management and Board positions with innovative and experienced people like Mr. Ellington. The addition of Mr. Ellington will strengthen our ability to execute our Business Plan."

Mr. Ellington is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and earned his Masters from Wake Forest University. Mr. Ellington has worked as a senior consultant with clients ranging from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups and not-for-profits. Mr. Ellington’s financial and analytic skills have assisted clients with maximizing customer relationships, attaining process improvements and managing change. Mr. Ellington has extensive experience with developing and implementing reporting processes to support measurement and attainment of objectives. Additionally, Mr. Ellington has worked with several board compensation committees analyzing senior executive compensation.
