Europe's Leading Independent Diesel Emissions Conference for the Transport and Fuel Industries in Frankfurt, 26-27 June'07

LONDON, May 10, 2007 -- Integer Research will host the third annual diesel emissions conference in Frankfurt this June 26-27. 'Diesel Emissions Conference 07' will raise the topical issues of new European heavy-duty diesel emissions regulations (known as Euro V&VI). This year's conference also looks ahead to discuss the new engine technologies and business strategies that will enable the automotive industry to offer further emissions reductions.

Integer Research Ltd, an industrial research and consulting company, has established the independent forum for senior executives to understand the long-term implications of transport emissions regulations for their commercial operations and technological development strategy. Yara, Air1 and Cummins will sponsor the meeting, which has also attracted exhibitors who will take advantage of the networking opportunities.

Many of the key decision-makers in emissions strategy will speak at the conference, representing governments, truck manufacturers, oil companies, AdBlue suppliers and parts suppliers. The keynote presentations will be delivered by Dr. Thomas Schlick, the Managing Director of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA) and Mr. Rudolf Ellensohn, General Manager of Iveco Motorenforschung AG.

Harmonization between different regional standards in Europe, North America and Asia will be a key theme in emissions reduction strategy during the next three years. Speakers representing the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Society of Indian Automotive Manufacturers (SIAM) will help point the way towards the commercial and environmental benefits of greater standards harmonization. They will be joined by Europe's major diesel suppliers, including Shell and Total.

The conference will discuss the way the market for AdBlue (the urea-based liquid used in Selective Catalytic Reduction vehicles) has developed since the Euro V heavy-duty diesel truck emissions limits were implemented in October 2006. The conference will also assess the impact of new engine and catalyst treatment technology in the light-duty and passenger vehicles market.

Due to strong interest, a limited number of delegate places remain. To reserve a place and avoid disappointment, prospective delegates should visit the website for registrations and the full programme listing at www.integer-research.com/conference.
