USAC (LAWRENCEBURG) - WINDOM WINS AGAIN...

16-year-old Chris Windom won the non-winged Sprint Car feature at Lawrenceburg (IN) Speedway, on Saturday, May 5.

Windom is competing full-time in the USAC National Sprint and Midget Car Series divisions, but due to age restrictions at Iowa Speedway in Newton, Iowa, where USAC's National Sprint, Midget and Silver Crown divisions were competing that day, Chris could not race at that track on that particular weekend.

Chris sure made the most of the situation. He showcased his dirt-track skills on Lawrenceburg's renovated banks, taking the win from some of sprint car's most storied names.
