ACL to Present at Bear Stearns Global Transportation Conference

JEFFERSONVILLE, Ind., April 23 -- American Commercial Lines Inc. ("ACL" or the "Company") announced today that it will be a presenter at the Bear Stearns 8th Annual Global Transportation Conference at the Bear Stearns World Headquarters in New York on May 9, 2007.
