Kumho Tires Named Official Tire of Mazda MX-5 Cup Through 2008
TOPEKA, Kan. (April 17, 2007) - SCCA Pro Racing Ltd. and Kumho Tires announced today a multi-year agreement that makes Kumho the Official Tire of the SCCA Pro Racing SIRIUS Satellite Radio Mazda MX-5 Cup through the 2008 season.
Beginning with the Grand Prix of Houston, April 20-22, each MX-5 Cup car will be outfitted with Kumho's Victoracer V700 DOT-approved racing tire.

With the announcement, SCCA Pro Racing unveiled the new series logo.
The 2007 SCCA Pro Racing SIRIUS Satellite Radio Mazda MX-5 Cup features eight rounds at some of North America's top road racing venues, including the Grand Prix of Houston, Road Atlanta, Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca, Portland International Raceway, the Grand Prix of Cleveland, Le Grand Prix de Trois-Rivieres and Miller Motorsports Park.
