RHST Introduces High-Quality Gaskets For Cylinder Head Swaps

New gaskets provide reliable sealing performance for cylinder head
installation

 

A proper cylinder head swap cannot be completed without replacing all of the
gaskets that were disturbed when the old heads were removed. Although some
of the old gaskets, such as header gaskets, may still look usable, the
simple fact is that once a gasket has been installed and torqued to spec, it
most likely will fail if reused. In an effort to eliminate this concern when
installing a new set of RHST high performance cylinder heads, RHST has
introduced a new line of all of the correct gaskets needed to complete a
top-notch cylinder head installation.

 

Available for Small and Big Block Chevrolet, GM Gen III/LS1/LS2/LS6 and
Small Block Ford Windsor, RHST head gaskets are constructed of a .040" thick
MLS (multi-layer steel) material - the layers that contact the head and
block surfaces are Viton coated and embossed, and the inner layer is
high-quality, corrosion resistant steel alloy. All three layers combine to
provide superb sealing and protection against leakage and will provide years
of reliable service in even the most demanding of performance applications.
RHST head gaskets are available in two different bore sizes for each engine
family covered; ensuring that a head gasket is available to fit all of the
most popular engine block bore diameters.

 

The RHST intake manifold and valve cover gaskets are manufactured of a
silicone-reinforced material that delivers superb sealing characteristics
and will deliver reliable, leak-free performance - even when used in
high-powered race engines. The header gaskets feature reinforced graphite
construction for maximum heat resistance and protection against blowing out
