RACING VENUES - Travelport for Business to Manage ISC's Corporate Travel Program...

CHICAGO, April 9 -- Orbitz Worldwide, a division of Travelport Ltd. today announced it has reached a comprehensive agreement with International Speedway Corporation (ISC), a leader in motor sports entertainment, that includes managing ISC's corporate travel program, powering a portfolio of ISC-owned websites and building a racing microsite on Orbitz.com offering vacation packages, travel and race tickets. Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

"In addition to our recent sponsorship of the Orbitz 300 at Daytona International Speedway, we're excited to support and manage ISC's travel requirements through this multi-year agreement," said Steve Barnhart, president and chief financial officer of Orbitz Worldwide. "Additionally, through this strategic alliance, RaceTickets.com and Orbitz.com will better serve the travel and ticketing needs of race fans everywhere through the launch of racing.orbitz.com."

The agreement includes three key components:

Travelport for Business, a full-service corporate travel brand within Orbitz Worldwide, will manage travel for ISC's 1,100 employees. Orbitz' corporate travel business, which also includes the Orbitz for Business brand, serves more than one million corporate travelers. Orbitz.com, one of the largest online travel agencies in the United States, has partnered with RaceTickets.com, an ISC-owned property, to launch a microsite for auto racing fans to book travel and purchase event tickets. The Orbitz.com racing microsite also features pages for 19 speedways,directions, parking information and more. In addition, the site provides an umbrella of proactive customer care services under OrbitzTLC, including traveler alerts that notify fans of flight status changes and cancellations that might impact travel to and from the races. Orbitz will power the travel sections of a collection of racing sites owned and operated by ISC, including Racetickets.com, RacingOne.com and 12 racetrack websites, including the world famous Daytona International Speedway, Talladega Superspeedway and others.
