Manheim Announces Organizational Changes

Barton Takes on New "Customer Experience" Role, Stegall Joins Company To Head Ford Account

ATLANTA - Manheim announced today that Diane Barton has been named to the newly created position of vice president of customer experience. In addition, Russ Stegall has joined the company to take on Barton's previous role in charge of the Ford account. He will serve as executive director of operations - Ford.

"Diane's new role is a reflection of the high priority we are placing on our interaction with our customers," said Dean Eisner, Manheim president and CEO. "Russ' wide range of experience with Ford makes him the ideal candidate to oversee Manheim's Ford operations, and we're excited about him joining our team."

As vice president of customer experience, Barton will drive a companywide focus on identifying and meeting customers' needs. She and a customer experience team will work to identify ways of making it easier for customers to do business with Manheim every day and drive the changes needed to ensure a customer focus throughout the company. The company's ultimate goal is to create a seamless experience for customers, no matter which Manheim operating location or online operation they visit or what products or services they use.

Barton started her career with Cox Enterprises, Manheim's parent company, in 1987 and joined Manheim's marketing department in 1990. While at Manheim, Barton has served in a variety of marketing and sales positions, including vice president of marketing and vice president of operations - Ford.

Stegall, who has more than 28 years experience in marketing and sales with Ford Motor Company, will assume Barton's previous role as head of the Ford account. While at Ford, Stegall worked in a variety of remarketing, fleet sales and dealership contact positions. His fleet sales positions included rental account manager and national account sales for commercial sales customers. Stegall most recently served as eastern regional sales manager - remarketing.
