Commercial Vehicle Group Announces New Vice President of Strategic Integration

NEW ALBANY, Ohio, March 28 -- Commercial Vehicle Group, Inc. announced today that Milt Kniss joined the Company as Vice President of Strategic Integration. In his new position, Kniss will be based at the Company's corporate headquarters in New Albany and will report to Kevin Frailey, Executive Vice President of Business Development.

Kniss has 39 years of management experience in the automotive supply industry. Prior to joining CVG, he served as Executive Vice President of Operations for DURA Auto, a position he held since May 2000. In that position, he concurrently served as President of the Control Systems Division of DURA since October 2000. He directed all marketing, sales, distribution, engineering and manufacturing activities while there.

Kniss began his career in tooling and equipment design at United Technologies. In his career, he rapidly progressed to senior positions in engineering and plant management. He also managed a sales representation company that served multiple automotive supply businesses.

Kniss received his formal business and engineering education at Northwestern Michigan College.
