Durham, O'Donnell, Najem Agree to Support the Sale of Assets of Cellstar Corporation

INDIANAPOLIS, March 22 -- Timothy S. Durham, Pat O'Donnell, Henri D. Najem and others, today reported that they are supporting the two propositions of Cellstar Corporation (Pink Sheets: CLST.PK) to sell off substantially all of its assets. Furthermore, they are supporting the Plan of Liquidation.
