ROI Receives Initial Parts Order from China Production Company

HENDERSON, Nev.--Rhino Outdoor International, Inc. (OTCBB: RHOI), a development company that consolidates and operates outdoor activity based businesses, including wholly owned subsidiary Rhino Off-Road Industries, Inc., announced today that the company has received the first payment from Hebei Side Industry Group (HSIG) in China for specialized parts to begin tooling on the production process for the Rhino Off-road RTV.

Rhino Off-Road Industries had previously announced a LOI with HSIG for assembly and production of the innovative RTV at facilities in China. The nearly $50,000 deposit confirms their commitment to the production facility and initial order of 1000 RTV’s over a three year period.

“Our engineers have been to the facility in China and worked with HSIG to design the production line and determine which parts ROI needs to supply. Although we are slightly behind our original schedule, this order for parts and samples is an exciting step to get the production process moving forward,” stated Howard Pearl, CEO & President of ROI.

HSIG is a large-scale, ISO9001 certified manufacturer that currently occupies facilities exceeding one million square feet in China. The company produces container trucks, refrigerated trucks, dump trucks, RV's and many other automotive type products for the domestic Chinese market.
