Air Temp North America Signs Contract With MILSCO

MIAMI--Air Temp North America, Inc., (the Company) (Pink Sheets:ATPN) through its operating subsidiary, Air Temp de Mexico, signed a contract with Milsco Manufacturing Company (MILSCO) to supply injected parts for marine application and motorcycle use. The contract calls for Air Temp de Mexico to start producing the parts immediately.

MILSCO is a seating manufacturer based in the U.S., which is known for its consistently high quality products, breakthrough developments and state-of-the-art manufacturing. It has three plants in the U.S. that provide a full range of functions from research and development to design and engineering and from manufacturing of components to final assembly. It produces seats for companies such as John Deere, Harley Davidson, Caterpillar and New Holland, among others.

This contract will open the door to marine and motorcycle customers, industries that the company has not really provided for in the past, said Jorge A. Habib, CEO of Air Temp de Mexico.

Air Temp North America, Inc. through its operating subsidiary, Air Temp de Mexico, designs, produces and markets systems and components of air conditioning, ventilation and heat exchangers for the automotive industry. Its clients include many of the worlds largest automotive companies.
