Crouse Promoted to Vice President, ABRA-Tennessee
MINNEAPOLIS--ABRA Auto Body & Glass, a national damaged vehicle repair company, announced the appointment of Don Crouse as Vice President of ABRA-Tennessee. In this position, Crouse will be responsible for leading repair centers in the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, performance excellence, revenue growth, estimate and repair quality, and cycle-time enhancement.
Crouse joined ABRA in 1994, and served as General Manager of both ABRA-Covington Pike and ABRA-Elmore Road. In May 2004 he was promoted to Operations Manager of the Tennessee market. Crouse, who has been in the damaged vehicle repair industry since 1988, stated, “Before joining ABRA, I had been aware of their organization for years, and was thrilled when the opportunity to join their team became available. ABRA-Tennessee consists of six repair centers in the Memphis metro and one in Horn Lake, MS. Don also takes a very active role in insurance relations, program compliance, and cycle-time improvement. With his years of experience, he knows what to look for in individuals and what they need for development and career pathing.”
Crouse, his wife Monna, and three children live in Arlington, Tennessee.
