Tindol Motorsports Announces 2007 Driver Lineup; Galati Joins Espenlaub,
Katharine and Putman

 

Charlotte, NC (March 5, 2007) - Tindol Motorsports has announced their
driver lineup for the 2007 SPEED World Challenge Series.  Returning to
the series for his fourth year with Tindol Motorsports is Charles
Espenlaub, of Lutz Fla., along with returning teammates Charlie Putman,
of Mills, Wash., and Mary Katharine, of Gulf Stream, Fla.  The team is
also excited and pleased to announce the addition of five-time World
Challenge Champion, Michael Galati, of Olmsted, Ohio.

 

SPEED World Challenge fans will be familiar with the Galati name.  He
has taken three SPEED Touring and two SPEED GT Championships, and helped
Audi win a Manufacturers' Championship in 2003. Adding Galati is pivotal
to Mazda's assault on winning the SPEED Touring Car Championship for
2007.

 

Tindol Motorsports also announces the addition of Aeromotive - Serious
Fuel Systems, as a sponsor for the 2007 season.

 

The Charlotte, N.C. based Tindol Motorsports team will campaign four
Mazda 6 SPEED Touring Cars in the green and white livery that SPEED
World Challenge fans are familiar with.  

 

"We are very pleased with our 2007 driver lineup and are looking be a
top contender for the Touring Car title," Team Owner Chris Tindol said.
"Galati will be a strong asset to the team and we are excited for the
season."
