Centergistic Solutions Reports Strong Financial Results for Last Two Quarters

ORANGE, Calif.--Centergistic Solutions, Inc.(CGSO), a leading global provider of enterprise performance management software solutions for the contact center, announced today strong financial results for the quarters ended September 30, 2006, December 31, 2006 and the 6 month period ended December 31, 2006. Centergistic posted a second straight quarter of strong growth in profit.

Revenues increased 35% for the quarter ended September 30, 2006, and gross margin percentage improved to 83% from 67% from the same period last year. Net income improved 194% from last year. The improvement was due to increased revenues, a favorable mix of software and service revenue, and lower operating expenses.

The gross margin for the quarter ended December 31, 2006 improved to 84% from 63% last year. Net income increased 208% from last year.

Revenues for the six months ended December 31, 2006 increased 11% over last year and the gross margin percentage increased to 84% from 65% last year. Net income improved by 200%. The improvement in profitability was due to increased revenues, a favorable mix of software and service revenue, and lower operating expenses.
