Powerit Holdings Taps Executive for Top Post in Europe

SEATTLE, Feb. 28, 2007 -- Powerit Holdings, Inc., global leader in intelligent energy-demand management ("DM") and demand response ("DR"), today announced it has hired Per Wannberg as its top executive in Europe. Wannberg becomes president of Diana Control AB ("Diana") and general manager of Powerit Holdings' European operations. He will be replacing Arne Bergh as president of Diana AB, and filling a newly created position to oversee the company's European expansion as general manager of Power Holdings in Europe. Bergh, the company's founder, will remain in an active role with the company.

"We are fortunate to have attracted such a stellar talent and experienced leader," says Claes Olsson, CEO and president of Powerit Holdings, Inc. "Per brings with him a wealth of technology expertise and management experience. He's the right person at the right time to build on this company's successes and continue its worldwide growth."

Wannberg has a broad technical background and extensive management experience. Prior to joining the company, he was managing director and chairman of the board for Stowe Woodword Sweden AB, an American-owned company that fabricates rubber, polyurethane, ceramic and composite covers for the steel rolls used in the most demanding applications of paper making and in other industries, and a member of that company's European Management Group. He was president and CEO of Qbranch Malmo AB, manager of Telia Naram, president and CEO of Telia, and product/market developer with Cementa AB, Europe. Wannberg began his career at Saab-Scania AB. He has a master of engineering degree from Lund University with extracurricular courses in finance and economics.

A growing demand in managing energy costs by controlling peak use is driving the company's expansion. Diana Control AB recently announced its acquisition by Powerit Holdings, Inc., whose wholly-owned subsidiary, Power Solutions, LLC(TM) offers technology that seamlessly integrates with Diana's to provide comprehensive centralized control solutions for both industrial and commercial facilities.

Powerit Solutions ("Powerit"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Powerit Holdings headquartered in Seattle, WA, is a leading technology provider of intelligent energy management solutions specifically designed to enable demand response ("DR"), reduce ongoing peak demand via demand management ("DM"), and thereby generate significant cost savings and energy conservation for industrial and commercial customers. Powerit's main product is Energy Director(TM), a system that automatically predicts, regulates, and lowers peak demand without compromising the operation of connected equipment. Diana Control AB ("Diana"), is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Powerit Holdings and is headquartered Malmö, Sweden with offices in Stockholm. Diana develops, manufactures, supplies, and installs intelligent energy management and building control systems, such as HVAC, lighting, smoke sensors, chiller and systems, for commercial properties. In addition, the company sells analogue and digital stand-alone controllers and components for HVAC systems.

Optimizing energy usage has a positive impact on the environment and a stabilizing impact on utility consumption overall. Operations that lower peak demand are able to take advantage of a growing number of demand response (DR) incentive programs being implemented globally. Headquarters for Powerit Holdings' North American operations are located in Seattle, WA, U.S.A. and its European operations in Malmo, Sweden.
