Stater Bros. 300 Race Report
FONTANA, CA (February 24, 2007) – With forty-one cars entered for the Stater Bros. 300, the Oklahoma Centennial Chevrolet Monte Carlo #23 race team was able to concentrate on setting up the racecar for the race, rather than for qualifying, and it paid off. “After missing Daytona, we really wanted to get Brad some seat time here in California,” stated team owner Keith Coleman. After completing 149 of the 150 laps, Keselowski finished 32nd .
Keselowski will take what he learned last week at the Bondurant Racing School and apply it to his first road course race next week in Mexico City. “I’m excited about next week’s race,” stated Keselowski. “This will be the first time that I’ve ever had to turn left and right during a race”. The Telcel Motorola Mexico “200” presented by Banamex is scheduled for this Sunday, March 4, 2007 at the Autódromo Hermanos Rodriguez.
