Iteris, Inc. to Present at Roth Capital Partners 2007 ''OC'' Growth Conference in Laguna Niguel, California

ANAHEIM, Calif.--Iteris, Inc. (AMEX:ITI), a leader in the development of vision-based technologies and Intelligent Transportation Systems that optimize traffic flow and enhance driver safety, today announced that Jack Johnson, the companys chief executive officer, will present at the Roth Capital Partners 2007 OC Growth Conference at 10:30 a.m. (Pacific Time) on Thursday, February 22, 2007. The conference is hosted by the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel, California.

Mr. Johnson will discuss the companys leadership role in optimizing traffic flow and enhancing driver safety. Specifically, Mr. Johnson will discuss the companys diversified platform for growth, including Iteris proprietary vision technology, which provides the foundation for its state-of-the-art traffic optimization products, as well as its vehicle safety technology, and the company's Intelligent Transportation Systems consulting business. He will highlight the various applications, market opportunities, and prestigious customer base that currently utilize Iteris' products and services. The company's AutoVue® lane departure warning system (LDW) addresses the leading cause of fatalities on U.S. roads, and is the only qualified supplier for heavy truck OEMs that include: Mercedes-Benz, MAN, Iveco, Scania, DAF, Freightliner, International, and a to be named Asian-based heavy truck manufacturer, as well as EvoBus and MAN luxury bus and coach lines in Europe. The Iteris LDW system is also available for aftermarket installation on Sterling, Volvo, Kenworth, Peterbilt, and Mack heavy trucks. In the U.S., there are currently 39 fleets specifying Iteris LDW system with a combined fleet size of nearly 19,000 trucks and another 65 fleets with approximately 134,000 trucks conducting field tests. The LDW system is also available on the Infiniti FX, M, and Q series of automobiles. The Iteris Vantage® products provide sophisticated intersection control systems, potentially replacing expensive and unreliable systems embedded within pavement.
