ASA MEMBER TRACK PROGRAM RACES INTO COLORADO WITH I-25 SPEEDWAY

DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (February 16, 2007) - The ASA Member Track program
continues their expansion with the announcement that I-25 Speedway in
Pueblo, Colo., has joined as a Level I partner, the first for the
organization in the state of Colorado.

The quarter-mile track is currently undergoing a major facelift and being
completely reconfigured in advance of this season's anticipated May 12
opening. Billed as the "Fastest Paved Quarter-Mile Oval in the West," the
new design may well allow it to once again become the fastest quarter-mile
racetrack in the world, a title it held for many years.

"We are completely reconfiguring I-25 Speedway," said Perry White, managing
partner and co-owner of the facility with his brother Randel. "We are
changing the banking in the turns and making it parabolic. This means that
it will have progressive banking which is flatter on the bottom and curves
up to 23 degrees at the top which will be the fastest way around the track.
Basically, we are making a mini-Bristol," White added in a reference to the
famous Bristol (Tenn.) Motor Speedway. The straights will become banked at
nine degrees, up from the current six degrees.

White said that the track has been completely milled by a laser-leveling
machine which stopped every two feet to make any necessary adjustments. The
track is scheduled to be re-paved but weather has postponed the start date.

"This project is being done right from the very start using state-of-the-art
equipment and techniques. It has been 16 years since I-25 Speedway was last
paved so it was pretty much needed. Once the project is completed it will
definitely be one of the premier racing surfaces," White explained.

The regular Saturday night program features a mix of Late Models, Grand
American Modifieds, Sportsman, Street Stock, Mini Stock, Hornets and Figure
8 cars. Traveling series include Legends and two visits by the Midgets
which, according to White, should be extremely popular with the fans as they
have not raced on the track since the early 1990s. The 2007 schedule, news
and other information about I-25 Speedway can be easily found online at

"Perry and Randel (White) have owned I-25 Speedway for five years now and it
is amazing to see how far they have come in that time," said Dennis Huth,
president of the ASA Member Track, Regional and National Racing programs.
"They care for their racers and fans and it shows each week in the car
counts and the stands. They spare no expense in improving their racetrack as
evidenced by the way they are going about the repaving project. It will be
incredible to see the track once it is finished with that huge banking on a
quarter-mile oval. I can't wait to see it in action and there is no doubt
that I-25 Speedway is going to provide a lot of the exciting short track
racing that ASA has become known for. The Whites and I-25 Speedway are very
welcome additions to the ASA family."

White said that last year the racetrack experienced tremendous growth with
excellent car counts, an unmatched level of enthusiasm, and a 28 percent
increase in attendance through June when weather issues abruptly closed the
facility for four consecutive weekends. He anticipates that the ASA
membership will help to continue the trend into 2007.

"The ASA Member Track program will bring a lot of national recognition to
I-25 Speedway and our competitors," he said. "We have never had a
sanctioning body attached to our racetrack before, and I think that the ASA
will help to get some of our talented drivers showcased on a national level.
The national scope of the ASA should also help us to obtain local
sponsorship We have been told already by a number of people that this is a
wonderful move for us."

"Another big reason is the insurance which is second to none. My brother and
I always want to take care of our drivers. We know that without them we have
no show and it is a priority to give them the best possible insurance. The
ASA program certainly fills that need for us," White added.

The ASA insurance program, always noted for its excellence, has been further
enhanced by the recently announced partnership with TOPIC Motorsports
Insurance (TMI). ASA Member Track operators are able to purchase general and
excess liability, automobile, an expanded ASA-exclusive $500,000 participant
accident medical, workers compensation and health insurance directly from
TMI. Details are available online at www.TOPICinsurance.com
<http://www.topicinsurance.com/> .

As a Level I participant in the ASA Member Track program I-25 Speedway
becomes part of a program where the success and future of short track racing
is the primary focus.
