DaimlerChrysler Corporation Fund Donates $50,000 to Second Harvest Food Bank to Help Victims of the Recent Tornadoes

  What:     The DaimlerChrysler Corporation Fund will donate $50,000 to
            Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida -- $25,000 in food
            and $25,000 in cash -- to assist residents affected by the
            recent tornado. Eight Dodge Rams filled with food will leave
            from DaimlerChrysler's Orlando Parts Distribution Center (PDC)
            and  deliver the food supplies to Second Harvest of central
            Florida tomorrow.

            The trucks will be led by an escort from the Orlando Police
            Department.  Joining the convoy will be a truck from Second
            Harvest carrying the balance of the donated food.
