Hooters Brings Energy to NASCAR with the Number 7

ATLANTA, Feb. 15, 2007 -- Today Hooters of America announced the most recent addition to their vast growing brand, the Hooters Energy Drink. This citrus flavored beverage will be available in convenience and grocery stores as well as Hooters restaurants across the country this spring. The 16 oz cans are offered in both regular and sugar-free selections.

In conjunction with the beverage launch, the #7 Hooters Energy Pennington Motorsports Chevy Silverado will be driven by 23 year-old Casey Kingsland and Derrick Cope for the entire 2007 NASCAR Craftsman Truck series schedule as well as 5 NASCAR Busch series races. The design of the diamond plate aluminum Hooters Energy Drink can reflects this motorsports partnership.

Casey has been racing since he was 12 years old and burst onto the truck racing scene two years ago. Casey Kingsland will be making many appearances on the track and Hooters locations in 2007. A new line of racing merchandise will be available trackside as well in Hooters restaurants.
